Thank you for shopping with Caliz London. Please read on for all Shipping, returns and refund policies.

Caliz London - Shipping

We aim to process all orders within a 48 hour time-frame. Please note this can take longer during busy periods when it may take up to 72 hours.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a beautiful, bio-degradable handmade pouch.

UK Delivery  - £3.95 (per order)  - 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
European Delivery - £7.95 (per order)  - 3 to 5 working days from Dispatch
Rest of the world Delivery - £10.95 (per order) - 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

All parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

Caliz London - Returns

• All items except for earrings can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

• Earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for reasons of hygiene, unless faulty.

• We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been altered or personalised to a customer's specification.

• The item must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in Caliz London packaging.

• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 working days as we will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period.

• All refunds will be credited in the original method of purchase within 14 days.

• All sales are final. Returns will be accepted for exchange where deemed appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected for any of the above, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
